Delivery is typically completed within 6 working days

At the checkout you can choose urgent delivery (then update) which is usually the next working day from 8.00AM to 5:30pm, but needs to be ordered before midday we do not know what time delivery will take place as the goods will already be loaded on the lorry somewhere

You can also choose special day delivery, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Thursday, Friday, or Saturday - NOT Sunday

Special deliveries are charged extra and the carriage calculated and displayed at the checkout for your agreement before the order is confirmed and you are debited anything, after selecting a special delivery at the checkout click update to re-calculate costs

You could also choose to have delivery made to  a friend or neighbours address

You can also collect the order but you will need to check where the item you want is held before agreeing  a collection as we currently use eight different warehouse's depending on the product; after agreement you can choose collection agreed as the carriage option

Please note that there is a 3% failure rate for special deliveries ( Next Day, Special Day, Saturday, AM) for which we have no control or responsibility, our liability will be limited to a refund of the special delivery charge should the special delivery fail.
